Jan and I joined the others outside the Hilton Whistler at 7:00 AM to catch the Municipal representatives before the Thursday session started at 8:30 AM. We managed to talk to few and made sure our TILMA hand-outs were available to the delegates. The passing public was also very interested in what we were up to so early in the morning with our signs and pamphlets. Of course, we were more than happy to explain .
